It comes down to two things: individualized teaching that engages a student's own curiosity and creativity, and treating teachers as a high-status profession worth constant investment.

Finland doesn't lose kids because it catches them early and supports them not because of population size or wealth. Every high-performing education system in the world follows this same pattern.
