This video is a long time coming, and not just because this camera is 30 years old now :) (1995 was 30 years ago???) The Minolta RD175 is the first DSLR under $10,000, and it did this by using three separate 1/2" CCD sensors to get the cost down. It was a good value then and incredibly still works well today.

This is the Polaroid X530, a digicam released in 2004 for a limited time and one of the rarest digicams I have ever looked at on this channel before. It uses a unique Foveon X3 1/1.8" sensor, the only time that sensor appeared in a production camera, and the only non-Sigma consumer Foveon camera ever to be released.
