Pedro teve depressão desde a infância. Aos 25, fez um tratamento com eletroconvulsoterapia, técnica popularmente conhecida como eletrochoque. Os efeitos colaterais, em particular os danos à memória, foram violentos. Hoje, dois anos depois das sessões, ele sabe que não é mais o mesmo de antes.
