Especialistas analisam a manipulação da Constituição para defender pautas anti-direitos  que afirmam defender os direitos constitucionais

O ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro e seus apoiadores frequentemente utilizam a expressão "jogar dentro das quatro linhas da Constituição" para justificar ações e discursos que, na prática, defendem um golpe de Estado no Brasil. Esse tipo de retórica reflete uma distorção do conceito democrático ao sugerir que instituir uma ditadura estaria dentro dos direitos constitucionais.

Aos dois anos do atentado à sede dos Poderes em Brasília, o primeiro episódio inédito do Pauta Pública de 2025 traz a análise de duas especialistas em discursos autoritários para explicar como políticos e movimentos de extrema direita utilizam elementos da legislação para justificar  ações antidemocráticas como as que vimos na capital do país em 8 de janeiro de 2023.
